Galatasaray address Younes Belhanda transfer rumour

The Super Lig champions have rejected the claims put forth by certain media outlets regarding Belhanda.

Galatasaray have released a statement on their website addressing the transfer rumours surrounding their player Younes Belhanda.

The statement said;

“The reports made by certain media outlets, who claim French press as their source, that our player Younes Belhanda will be sold or loaned to Nice Football Club are not true.

There have been no talks between our club’s president Mustafa Cengiz and Nice Football Club’s president.

Nice’s Sporting Director suggested they can loan Younes Belhanda for one year with out a fee and pay his salary partially, which was found to be inadequate by our club.

The segments of our media, the people who try to prevent Galatasaray from marching to success should be careful to avoid reporting false news.”
