Adana Demirspor extend manager’s contract

Umit Ozat has signed on for another year with the second division club.

Umit Ozat will remain in charge of Adana Demirspor for one more season, the Turkish football club confirmed earlier this week on Tuesday, May 7.

According to the statement published on the club’s official website, Ozat, whose expire was set to expire next month, has agreed to a one-year contract extension.

“Our club has agreed to a one-year contract extension with our technical director Umit Ozat.

Umit Ozat will continue to serve as the coach of Adana Demirspor during the 2019-2020 season.

We hope that the new contract signed with our technical director Umit Ozat will be beneficial for our club and we wish him success,” the statement read.

The 42-year-old took the helm of the second-division outfit in February 2019 and was given a short-term deal until the end of the current season.
