Roberto Soldado leaves Fenerbahce

The Spanish striker bid farewell to the Yellow Canaries.
Fenerbahce and striker Roberto Soldado have official parted ways after the player’s contract expired on May 31.
The veteran forward met with players, club staff and management over the weekend for a final time as well as post a farewell message to the club’s supporters on his social media accounts.
“I am leaving but it’s not a goodbye. I will definitely be back,” the former Spanish international said in his lengthy farewell message.
He thanked the club’s president, Ali Koc, and the club staff and said he is thankful for the warmth and hospitality of Turkish people.
