Galatasaray want to sign Ahmed Musa

Galatasaray are reportedly ready to snap up Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa in the summer.

Ahmed Musa is the latest forward Galatasaray are heavily linked with and the club are doing their best to lure the Nigerian to Istanbul.

The 25-year-old, currently on loan at CSKA Moscow from Leicester City, has been in good form for the Russian side having scoring six times from 15 matches.

Reports from Turkish newspaper Hurriyet are emerging claiming Galatasaray are confident of bringing Musa to Istanbul as a potential replacement for Swiss striker Eren Derdiyok, who is out of contract at the club this summer.

Cimbom are hoping to lure Musa by the promise of elite football with Champions League participation next season.

Galatasaray were close to signing the Nigeria international in the winter transfer window however they were put off by Leicester City’s loan fee.

Galatasaray are currently in first place in the Super Lig with 69 points from 32 matches. They could seal the title as early as their next game if other results go their way.
