Trabzonspor rejected German club offer for Yazici

Trabzonspor’s president Ahmet Agaoglu revealed the club had rejected an offer for one of their stars last week.

Yusuf Yazici continues to be linked with a move abroad as there are no shortage of clubs interested in the talented midfielder. The club’s president Agaoglu reavealed they rejected an offer from an unnamed German club from the Bundesliga.

“There was an offer for Yusuf from the Bundesliga and Abdulkadir’s manager was also contacted regarding his availability. To both offers we told them we aren’t thinking about selling them this season. We will decide at the end of next season. We need both of these players,” he explained.

The offer is claimed to have been €7 million upfront however the Northern Turkish club are not willing to settle for less than €15 million.

The club recently sold one of their star players, Okay Yokuslu to La Liga outfit Celta Vigo for €6 million.
