Koray Gunter’s salary at Genoa revealed

The young defender will earn a lucrative wage at his new club.

Ex-Galatasaray defender Koray Gunter’s wages have been leaked after his move to the Italian outfit Genoa earlier this month.

The 23-year-old spend four-and-a-half seasons with The Lions before leaving on a free transfer to Genoa after having been told he is no longer wanted at the Super Lig club. He had signed for Galatasaray for €2.5 million from Borussia Dortmund in January 2014 but failed to impress during his time in Istanbul.

Koray will earn €1.2 million per season during his time with the Italian outfit.

That’s an improvement on the €1 million-a-year he was earning with Galatasaray.
