Bursaspor announce new shirt sponsor

The Green Crocodiles will have a new sponsor on the front of their uniforms.

Turkish ferry company BUDO (Bursa Deniz Otobusleri) has signed a sponsorship deal with Bursaspor. The deal was announced at a press conference held in the club’s facilities in Bursa where club president Ali Ay was present alongside city mayor Alinur Aktas.

While the length of the deal was not made public, it was confirmed that the agreement is worth a total of 3 million Turkish Lira (approximately €414,000).

The company’s name Budo and logo will appear on the front of Bursaspor’s playing shirts, replacing their previous sponsor Warmhaus.

Bursaspor finished 13th in the 2017-18 Super Lig season, six points clear of the relegation zone.
