Antalyaspor boss Korkmaz expects difficult season

Fans of the club should prepare for a tough campaign, according to Bulent Korkmaz.

Antalyaspor’s manager Bulent Korkmaz has stated that this season will be more difficult than the previous season.

During a press conference at the club’s facilities in Antalya, he shared his thoughts on the team’s ability and expectations.

“All of Antalyaspor’s supporters need to prepare. We find ourselves in a difficult situation and as a result, we will have troubled days,” he said.

He also pointed out that 4 of the starting 11 players from last season have left the club and replacement transfers haven’t been made.

“I wanted 6 transfers from the management but none of those transfers were made. Our directors are working but there are some issues. The players we scouted, we either had issues with their agents or their clubs. We missed out on many quality players.”

Antalyaspor have made just two signings this summer, Aly Cissokho and Serdar Ozkan.
