Trabzonspor sign Nwakaeme from Hapoel Beer Sheva

The Black Sea Storm have announced the signing of Nigerian winger Anthony Nwakaeme today.

Trabzonspor have completed the transfer of Anthony Nwakaeme from Israeli Premier League outfit Hapoel Be’er Sheva.

The Super Lig club have paid €1,100,000 for the player’s transfer.

Sitting alongside the player, club vice president Hayrettin Hacisalihoglu spoke briefly about their newest signing.

We’re happy to have added our brother Anthony to our squad. We are continuing to work on bringing in players of such high quality to improve Trabzonspor. I wish him success. I believe he will replicate his success here also.”

The 29-year-old penned a three-year-contract that will see him pocket a total of €2,821,500 in wages.

His salary details have also been revealed.

For the 2018/2019 season, he will earn €1,016,750.
For the 2019/2020 season, he will earn €900,750.
For the 2020/2021 season, he will earn €904,000.

His agent Pedro Alberto Barbosa Pereira will be paid a commission of €135,000.

“I want to thank Trabzonspor once again for giving me the chance to be here. I feel happy to be a part of this team. I see that the team has ambition to be successful which makes me very motivated,” he explained.
