Trabzonspor in talks with Caleb Ekuban

The Black Sea Storm are interested in signing the Ghanaian forward.

Trabzonspor have begun negotiations with Ghana forward Caleb Ekuban, according to reports in Turkey.

The 24-year-old is currently playing for English club Leeds United, playing the England’s second division, the Championship.

He has arrived in Trabzon at 9:50PM local time on Monday and has met with club manager Emrah Tok.

The forward will sit with club officials for final contract talks today and is expected to sign a new contract with the Super Lig club.

The Italy-born forward began his professional career with Italian outfit Chievo Verona. He has played most of his football in the lower leagues of Italy before earning himself a move abroad to Leeds for €560,000 in July 2017.
