Liverpool’s van Dijk sends GS youngster gift

The Dutch defender sent Galatasaray’s promising centre-back Ozan Kabak a signed shirt as a present.

Galatasaray youngster Ozan Kabak took to social media to show off the gift he received for the holidays from the world’s most expensive defender, Virgil van Dijk.

The Liverpool centre-back sent Kabak a signed Liverpool shirt with the message “All the best!” written next to the shirt’s number.

The young Turkish player shared his gift with his followers on his social media account and showed his gratitude by paying homage to the Dutch international.

“Many thanks to Virgil van Dijk, one of the best central defenders of the planet, for this wonderful gift” he wrote on his Instagram page.

The Galatasaray academy product has been promoted to the first team this season and has impressed with his consistent performances despite his young age. The Lions are currently in 5th place in the league.
