Marouane Fellani is coming to Turkey!

Manchester United’s holding midfielder Marouane Fellaini has agreed a deal with Besiktas, according to reports.

After failing to agree on terms with his current club, Marouane Fellaini has accepted an offer from Besiktas to join the Super Lig champions in Istanbul once his contract expires in the summer.

The 30-year-old has been courted by the top 3 Turkish clubs however he has decided to make the move to Besiktas. His contract expires this summer and he has decided not to sign a new deal after being offered unfavourable terms by the Red Devils.

The Belgian was told by Mourinho weeks ago to “shut up and sign the contract” however it seems the Portuguese could not convince the midfielder to stay. Even though he has been called upon by his manager several times throughout the season, his place in the starting line up was never assured. With Besiktas, his playing time is essentially guaranteed.

The Turkish club will not have to pay any transfer fee as Fellaini is in the final months of his deal with Manchester United.

More details to follow.
