Besiktas players called up to national teams

After putting in excellent performances throughout the season, Anderson Talisca has been called up to the Brazilian national team.

Three Besiktas players were called up to their respective national teams for this month’s international friendly fixtures. Atiba Hutchinson and Cyle Larin were called-up for Canada while Anderson Talisca was invited to the Brazilian national team.

Besiktas star Anderson Talisca has done enough to finally merrit a call-up to his country’s national team and rightly so.

After being told of his invitation, he spoke to Besiktas’s TV channel, BJK TV, to share his delight at the news.

“I’m very happy to be back in the national team. It’s a big honor for me. After Besiktas gave me the opportunity to show what I can do and putting in a lot of hard work, I’m with the team again. We will play two friendlies. I hope by performing well in these friendlies I can prove that I deserve to be in the World Cup squad this summer.”

Brazil’s national team will line up against Russia and Germany on March 23rd and 27th, respectively, while Canada will face New Zealand on March 24th, 2018.
