Galatasaray continue to chase Everton striker

Everton striker Oumar Niasse is wanted by Turkish giants Galatasaray and a bid has reportedly been made.

Oumar Niasse is the subject of yet more speculation linking him with a move away from Everton, with a return to Turkey suggested by Turkish press.

Fanatik claim that Galatasaray have come in with a bid for the Senegalese striker and even go as far as to say that officials from the Istanbul club are flying to England this week to discuss a potential deal.

Niasse, who played in the Turkish Super Lig for Akhisar Belediyespor in 2013-14, has been linked with Galatasaray before; indeed, he was reportedly set to join them on loan in August 2016 but the switch collapsed, supposedly due to Everton’s loan payment demands.

The 28-year-old was talked about again in terms of a move to Turkey last summer with both Besiktas and Galatasaray said to be interested but nothing came of the reports.
