Trabzonspor complete Toure, Hosseini transfers

The Black Sea Storm have signed the two defenders to their squad.

Trabzonspor held a press conference in Trabzon today, announcing the transfer of Seyedmajid Hosseini from Iranian outfit Esteghlal.

The Super Lig club tied the player down to a two-year-contract with an optional one-year extension. The transfer fee was reported to be $250,000.

The move concludes a rather lengthy transfer process after issues with the Iranian club caused unnecessary delays.

Majid will join fellow countryman Vahid Amiri, who signed for the Black Sea Storm earlier this month.

During the conference, the club’s vice president Hayrettin Hacisalihoglu also announced that they are finalizing the transfer of Zargo Toure from Ligue 2 club Lorient FC as well. The Turkish club will pay Lorient €350,000 for the defender and will pay 20% of any future transfer fee if he is sold to another club.

Toure has agreed to a two-year-contract with an optional one-year and will earn a total of €1.2 million in wages for the two years he is contracted. His salary for the 2018/2019 season will be €650,000, while for the 2019/2020 season he will receive €550,000.
