Galatasaray to hold annual general assembly

The Turkish giants are gearing up for their annual assembly where they will discuss the club’s future.

Galatasaray are preparing for their annual general assembly, which is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 16.

According to the statement released by the club, the assembly will begin at 10:00 AM at Lutfi Kirdar Congress Center.

In case the majority of members are not satisfied with the results, the second meeting will take place on March 23 at the same venue and time.

During their assembly, the Super Lig club’s officials will provide an annual report of their management as well as audits which will be presented and discussed. The Board of Directors will vote individually on the financial and management direction the club takes in the coming years.

In line with the recent establishment of the E-Sport Federation in Turkey, the board of directors will request authorization from the club’s members for the opening of an e-sports branch, as several other Turkish clubs have already done.

On the agenda is also the club’s 2019 budget proposal which will be discussed and voted on by those in attendance.
