EL: Turkish clubs drawn in tough groups

Turkey’s representatives in the 2019-2020 season of the UEFA Europa League competition have been handed tricky opponents.

Turkish football clubs Besiktas, Istanbul Basaksehir and Trabzonspor have found out their opponents on Friday in the upcoming 2019-2020 Europa League competition.

Besiktas have been paired with Braga, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Slovan Bratislava in Group K while Istanbul Basaksehir will face AS Roma, Borussia Monchengladbach and Wolfsberg in Group J.

Trabzonspor, on the other hand, will line up against Basel, Krasnodar and Getafe in Group C.

The group stage of the competition begins on September 19 and ends on December 12.
