MLS club in for Mamadou Fofana

Mali international Mamadou Fofana is wanted by MLS club Montreal Impact.

Alanyaspor’s Mamadou Fofana has been the subject of a €2 million transfer offer from the Canadian club Montreal Impact. The deal included a 20% sell-on transfer clause which would entitle Alanyaspor to a chunk of any future transfer fee. The Turkish club had signed Mamadou for €150,000 back in 2016 from the academy of Stade Malien.

The young defender recently signed a 3.5-year contract extension that would see the player remain at Alanyaspor until 2021.

Nojo, as he is also known, has made 20 appearances for his club so far this season and is highly rated by the club’s staff.
