Senegal fullback Lamine Gassama agrees to join Goztepe

Senegalese right-back Lamine Gassama has agreed to sign for the Super Lig club, reports suggest.

Lamine Gassama, currently with the Senegal national team in Russia, will join Goztepe from Alanyaspor after the World Cup.

The player, whose contract with Alanyaspor expires at the end of the month, has agreed on terms with the Izmir club and will move on a free transfer once the World Cup comes to an end.

The Marseille-born player came up through the ranks in Olympique Lyon before eventually moving to Alanyaspor on the last day of August in 2016.

The 28-year-old is an integral part of the Senegal team, with 36 appearances so far.
