Alvaro Negredo linked with Al-Nasr

The Spanish striker has been the subject of a transfer bid from the UAE club.

Besiktas striker Alvaro Negredo is wanted by Al-Nasr, who play in the UAE Arabian Gulf League.

The Super Lig giants have held talks with the Arab club and have accepted an undisclosed offer, according to reports in Turkey.

The 33-year-old has been offered €7 million per season, which would see him receive a pay raise from the €4.3 million he earns with the Black Eagles.

The Spaniard’s future has been in the air since the end of last season, with multiple clubs having come close to signing the experienced forward only for the transfers to fall apart.

Besiktas have been looking to offload the player due to his wages and sub-par performances and this could be the deal that settles the matter.

The move could be announced as early as tomorrow if Negredo accepts the Dubai-based club’s contract offer.
