Kayserispor sign Basacikoglu from Feyenoord

The Turkish club have signed the pacey winger from the Dutch side today.

Kayserispor have signed winger Bilal Basacikoglu from Eredivisie outfit Feyenoord, the club announced on their website today.

The 23-year-old agreed to a three-year contract with the Super Lig side, who have paid around €1 million for the player however that figure could increase if certain performance clauses are met.

Basacikoglu started his career in SC Heerenveen where he won himself a €3.5 million transfer to Feyenoord in the summer of 2014.

He has appeared 103 times for Feyenoord in total, often as a substitute. Last season he scored 7 goals and assisted 6 in 26 appearances for his former club.

The Zaanstad-born player is eligible to play for the Dutch national team, due to his birthplace and Turkish national team through his father, who is Turkish.
