Goztepe terminate Omer Sismanoglu’s contract

The Super Lig outfit have parted ways with the striker after meeting with the player.

Omer Sismanoglu is a free agent as of today and looking for a new team. The Izmir team have announced their decision to terminate the forward’s contract effective immediately.

The club thanked the player for his service and wished him luck in the future.

Omer spent much of last season on the sidelines injured and featured just 8 teams for his former team. In these 8 appearances, he managed to score one goal.

The 28-year-old made the move from Besiktas to Goztepe in August 2017 on a free transfer but had the bad luck of picking up an injury which limited his playing time and ultimately lead to his exit.
