Sivasspor to sign 12 players

The Super Lig club plan to bring in twelve new players before the new season kicks off.

Sivasspor are in for a busy summer transfer period. According to the club’s president Erdal Sarilar, they are planning to transfer 12 players to the first team.

Sarilar revealed the club’s transfer plans to reporters on Tuesday, saying they have given head coach Riza Calimbay, who was recently announced as the club’s new boss, full control of the transfers.

“We inked our deal with our coach Riza. May God bring us success. We told him, ‘here’s your budget, make transfers as you wish’. We said, ‘you will sign 12 players, here’s the money.’ And, thankfully, he agreed,” Sarilar revealed.

He also said the club are not renewing the expired contracts of any player unless Calimbay wishes for them to remain at the club.
