Serdar Tasci agrees to join Basaksehir

The Turkish-German player has reached an agreement with Istanbul Basaksehir.

Recently released from Spartak Moscow, Serdar Tasci has decided to continue his football career in the Turkish Super Lig. The defensive midfielder has agreed to join Istanbul Basaksehir.

The 31-year-old is reported to have agreed to a three-year contract with an annual salary for €2 million per year.

The player was spotted in the club’s stadium last month, shorty after he walked away from the Russian club. He was linked with other Super Lig clubs as well as teams from Europe’s biggest leagues.

The deal is expected to be confirmed by the club in a few days.
