Trabzonspor boss uses drone to track players

The Black Sea Storm’s manager, Unal Karaman, has found an innovative way to keep an eye on his players during their training sessions.

As the players are put through their paces during their pre-season camp, the club’s manager Unal Karaman is tracking their movement thanks to the latest aerial technology in recent times; a drone.

The experienced coach is using the images provided by the drone to track and analyze the players’ distribution and movement on the field as well as their positioning. With the help of the images, the backroom staff are able to see the shortcomings of the team and to determine which part of the field they need to focus on.

The data is recorded and used for in-depth analysis of all the players. Each player is shown footage captured by the drone to help them visualize and better understand their tactical instructions.
