Rizespor sign Armand Traore from Nottingham Forest

The Senegalese left-back is the club’s 4th signing so far.

Caykur Rizespor have added another player to their squad on Friday evening; Armand Traore.

The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year-deal with an optional one-year extension.

The French-born player made 23 appearances for Nottignham Forest in the EFL Championship last season.

Traore is the second player to sign for the Super Lig club in one day, with Kosovar goalkeeper Samir Ujkani having joined just a few hours prior.

Rizespor’s management wished their new player success in the upcoming season.

The Senegal international is a well-known name in England, having played for Arsenal, Portsmouth and Queens Park Rangers in addition to Nottingham Forest. He also spent a season with Serie A powerhouse Juventus.
