Genclerbirligi sign veterans Mert Nobre, Kari Arnason

The Ankara club have added two experienced players to their squad.
Genclerbirligi have announced the transfers of Brazilian striker Mert Nobre and Icelandic defender Kari Arnason.
Recently released from his previous club, Nobre quickly found a new team and signed with Genclerbirligi, who were relegated from the Super Lig last season but will be hoping to be promoted back up in the upcoming campaign.
The club also transferred Iceland international Kari Arnason from Vikingur for free. The 35-year-old has 69 caps to his name and 5 goals for his country.

He represented his country in the World Cup last month, playing against Argentina and Nigeria.
Both players penned one-year deals with their new club.
