The Izmir club have released the central midfielder from their squad.

Goztepe have parted ways with midfielder Rajko Rotman after mutually agreeing to an early termination of his contract.

The club announced the departure on their official website with a short message thanking the player for his service and wished the Slovenian luck in his future.

There were early signs of the decision when Goztepe’s management decided not to include the 29-year-old in their pre-season training camp in the Netherlands.

The player is already rumoured to be close to a move Kayserispor, with reports claiming he has agreed to the presented offer by the club.
