Fenerbahce have reached an agreement with Leicester City for their Algerian striker Islam Slimani.

The Super Lig club will pay Leicester City €1.5 million for the loan and will cover the player’s salary, which is reported to be €4.2 million per season.

The deal does not include a permanent transfer clause, meaning Slimani will return to England upon the expiration of his loan.

His wife, Yousra Slimani, posted a cryptic message on his Instagram page earlier today, signaling his transfer to Turkey.
