Ankaragucu sign Thomas Heurtaux from Udinese

The French defender has moved to Ankara on a three-year contract.

Ankaragucu have added another player to their squad. The Super Lig newcomers have confirmed the transfer of Thomas Heurtaux from Italian outfit Udinese on their social media accounts.

The 30-year-old has penned a three-year-deal with his new club.

The French defender spent last season on loan with Italian club Hellas Verona.

Heurtaux spoke briefly about his transfer during the press conference which was held at the club’s facilities.

“The club supporters in Italy are very good.But of course, I’m very happy to come to a club with a wonderful side. We will do what we can for Ankaragucu and hopefully I will make our fans happy, “he explained.

Club president Mehmet Yiginer said he believes their newest player will be successful during his time with the Ankara club.
