Cameron Jerome joins Goztepe from Derby County

The English striker has left England for Turkey in the final hours of the transfer window.

Goztepe have announced the signing of English striker Cameron Jerome from Championship club Derby County.

The 32-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year-deal with an optional one-year extension if certain criteria are met. The transfer fee has not been disclosed as of yet.

The experienced striker had joined Derby from Norwich City in January 2018 and made 20 appearances for the club before deciding to move on.

In total, he has made 211 appearances in the English Premier League and 269 in the Championship, during which has scored 112 times ins his career in England.

Jerome lists Crystal Palace, Stoke City, Cardiff City as some of his former clubs.
