Kasimpasa’s Diagne on fire, scores 6

The Senegalese striker is the Super Lig’s most in-form striker so far, with 6 goals in 4 games.

Kasimpasa striker Mbaye Diagne is proving to be the surprise package of the season so far, with his goal tally increasing as each week passes by.

The 26-year-old scored his 6th goal on Sunday evening, helping his team win 2-1 against newly promoted Ankaragucu in Istanbul.

He has scored in each of Kasimpasa’s games so far; Rizespor (1 goal), Istanbul Basaksehir (2 goals), Sivasspor (2 goals), Ankaragucu (1 goal).

Last season, after joining Kasimpasa in January 2018 from Chinese Super Lig club Tianjin Teda, he managed to bag 12 goals in his first 17 appearances for his new club, including scoring on his debut.

The quick forward has caught the attention of many in Turkey with his impressive performances so far this season.
