Tuncay Sanli caught up in affair scandal

Former Turkish forward Tuncay Sanli has been accused of cheating by his ex-girlfriend Melis Sayim.

Tuncay Sanli, a former Middlesbrough FC forward during his playing days, has been accused by his ex-girlfriend of cheating on her with the wife of his friend.

The affair is alleged to have occured during Sayim’s pregnancy. The two have a son together, born in June, out of wedlock.

“He cheated on me with a friend’s wife,” said Sayim, referring to Seyhan Sisko.

Sayim is suing the former professional player for 20,000 Turkish Liras in monthly child support. She claims he hasn’t supported her financially at all.

Tuncay has spoken out against the accusations. He made an appearance at the Anadolu Family Court in Istanbul a few weeks ago, claiming Sayim promised him not to demand anything from him if he allowed her to give birth.

The legal case is ongoing.
