Trabzonspor’s Mustafa Akbas out for a month

Mustafa Akbas out with injury

The central defender is expected to be sidelined for 3-4 weeks with a hamstring injury.

Trabzonspor will be without their central defender Mustafa Akbas for around a month.

The 28-year-old suffered a torn right hamstring during a training session on Sunday October 14 at the club’s Mehmet Ali Yilmaz facilities in Trabzon.

The Super Lig club published a statement on their website revealing the unfortunate incident.

According to the statement, Akbas is ruled out of action for 3-4 weeks.

The player’s treatment will be overseen by club doctor Hakan Bozdogan.
