Trabzonspor sign new sponsor deal

The Black Sea Storm have reached an agreement with a new sponsor for the 2018/2019 season.
Trabzonspor have signed a new sponsorship deal with Turkish digital payment system Papara.
The Super Lig club held a press conference in Trabzon today at the club’s stadium, Medical Park Stadium, where they revealed the announcement.
In attendance were club vice president Hayrettin Hacisalihoglu and Papara CEO Ilker Diker as well as first-team players Jose Sosa, Zargo Toure, Abdulkadir Omur and Batuhan Artarslan.
The deal sees the company, Papara, issue a Trabzonspor-themed MasterCard which will allow consumers aged 15-21 to shop online and in stores like a regular credit card. The card is aimed at the club’s younger demographic, encouraging shopping among young teens and adolescents who are unable to get a credit card from the bank.
Following the ceremony, the players posed for photos with their new sponsor.
