Inter defender Miranda wanted by Galatasaray

The Turkish heavyweights are interested in the services of Inter defender Miranda.

Brazilian defender Miranda is wanted by defending Super Lig champions Galatasaray, according to reports in Italy.

The 34-year-old has been a fringe player for the Italian club this season, having been limited to just 7 league appearances.

Miranda is reported to be looking to move to a club where he will get regular playing time, something he would find at Cim Bom. Galatasaray goalkeeper coach Claudio Taffarel, who has a close relationship with the former Brazil international, is trying to convince him to make the switch to Istanbul, according to the reports.

Galatasaray have competition, however, as a number of clubs are monitoring the experienced defender including Flamengo and Paris Saint Germain.
