Bernard Mensah out for 6 weeks

The Ghana international has been ruled out for six weeks as he recovers from a fractured collar bone.

Kayserispor have confirmed they will be without their midfielder Bernard Mensah for at least six weeks as the player recovers from a fractured collarbone.

The on-loan midfielder suffered the unfortunate injury from a bad fall during the Super Lig clash with Besiktas earlier this month.

“As it is known, our athlete Bernard Mensah suffered an injury to his left collarbone during the Besiktas match on February 2, 2019. In order to facilitate and shorten the treatment process of our athlete, surgery was planned and successfully completed on March 24, 2019,” read the statement released by the club.

The 24-year-old is on a season-long loan with the Turkish club from Spanish heavyweights Atletico Madrid.
