Hugo Rodallega joins Denizlispor

The Colombian striker will play for the newly promoted team next season.

Denizlispor have announced the signing of veteran striker Hugo Rodallega from Trabzonspor.

The newly promoted Super Lig club shared a short clip of their new transfer on their social media platforms on Sunday.

The 33-year-old’s contract with Trabzonspor expired this month and after weeks of unsuccessful talks, he has decided to accept a lucrative contract with Denizlispor.

Rodallega is currently in his native Colombia and is expected to arrive in Denizli in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Trabzonspor are reported to be looking to replace their former striker with Dijon forward Julio Tavares.

The 30-year-old has found himself on The Black Sea Storm’s list of players the club are considering signing this summer.
