Galatasaray captain Selcuk to be offered new contract

Galatasaray captain Selcuk Inan to be offered new contract

The veteran midfielder will remain with The Lions for one more season.

Galatasaray’s long-serving midfielder Selcuk Inan will be offered a new, one-year contract.

Although the 34-year-old’s previous deal expired last month, coach Fatih Terim has insisted on keeping the experienced midfielder for another season.

The one-year contract is reported to include a reduced wage of €500,000 per season.

Inan, the club’s captain, has made 400 appearances for Galatasaray during which he has scored 61 goals and made 77 assists.
