Nigerian star Ogenyi Onazi joins Denizlispor

The Nigerian international has swapped The Black Sea Storm for The Roosters after being released by the former.

Turkish Super Lig newcomers Denizlispor have snapped up Nigerian midfielder Ogenyi Onazi on a free transfer, the club announced on Wednesday.

Onazi was released by his previous club, Trabzonspor, on Wednesday, January 15, after the club terminated his contract by mutual agreement.

The 27-year-old, however, has quickly found himself a new club in Denizli.

He has inked a one-and-a-half year deal with The Roosters which includes an optional one-year extension.
