Emre Can sets a personal best record for season

Liverpool’s star midfielder Emre Can scored a goal as his team defeated West Ham United 4-1 at home earlier today.

Emre Can scored a goal during his team’s match against West Ham United and brought his total goal tally for the season to six, a personal best for him.

While Liverpool have been on a good run of form in recent weeks, Can has also been enjoying himself as he runs down the final months of his contract. The German international’s previous best was five goals, back in 2016/17. There are 10 league games left and with Liverpool still in the Champions League, that number could increase should he find the back of the net again.

The 24-year-old is a free agent this summer and is heavily linked with Juventus, who have been chasing his signature for some time. One thing is for certain, the player will have plenty of contract offers to choose from once the season comes to an end.
