Yuto Nagatomo explains transfer links on Twitter

Galatasaray’s full-back Yuto Nagatomo responded to transfer links with English Premier League clubs via his Twitter account today.

Japanese star Yuto Nagatomo joined Galatasaray on loan from Italian giants Inter in January of this year however the press continue to speculate about his future after Inter have made clear they do not see the player in their first-team plans.

To calm the fans and put an end, at least temporarily until the summer, to the rumors, Yuto took to Twitter to give his response;

“The Premier League? It is an honor for me to have a team from this league interested in me. However, now is not the time to talk about this. My whole heart and body is with Galatasaray.”

The Lions signed the Japanese international on loan until the end of the season from Inter for just €700,000, a bargain for such a quality full-back.
