Turkey’s new national team uniforms released

Turkey's new national team uniform has been announced

The Turkish national team’s new uniforms have been announced today and they look better than ever before.

The team will wear the new uniforms for the first time on March 23 during their friendly match against the Republic of Ireland at the Antalya Stadium in Antalya, Turkey.

The TFF released the statement on their website, announcing the release of the newly designed uniforms:

“Designed by Nike, specifically for performance and with attention to detail, the uniform has been made to be a reflection of the Turkish culture and pride.”

The most important symbol of the Turkish national team, the crescent moon, has been placed directly above the heart. The symbol has also been placed on the back of the collar of the shirt.

The uniform is made of material that will allow the players to remain cool and dry even during the most demanding and unfavorable weather conditions.

Players had complained about the previous shirts being too sticky on the inside of the shirt number once they became wet but now this has been remedied by Nike via the Vapor Knit technology.

The uniforms will be available for sale on March 29 in all Nike stores and participating retailers.
