Besiktas accept transfer offer for Dusko Tosic

The Black Eagles have accepted a transfer offer from Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande.

Besiktas have accepted a transfer offer for defender Dusko Tosic from Chinese Super League giants Guangzhou Evergrande, it has been revealed.

The club are looking to sell their aging players and bring in younger stars in order to build for the future.

Tosic, who’s contract with Besiktas is until 2020 and is paid €1,250,000 per year, has welcomed the transfer offer.

“The figure is very good. I am in the last period of my career and want to evaluate it.” the 33-year-old said.

President Firket Orman revealed the transfer bid to be around €5 million.

The player is currently negotiating with the Chinese club.
