Alanyaspor extend manager’s contract

Alanyaspor extend Mesut Bakkal's contract

Alanyaspor have decided to continue with current manager Mesut Bakkal.

Mesut Bakkal has done enough to merit a new contract after the club announced they have tied down their manager to a two-year deal.

The small club confirmed the deal on their website today.

The 54-year-old coach has extensive managerial experience however his tenures as manager last no more than one and a half years.

Bakkal took over Alanysapor in February and was tasked with saving the team from relegation from the Super Lig. The club finished 12th in the 2017/18 season.

The contract is for one-year with a one-year option if certain criteria are met.
