Besiktas accept €6m bid for Fabri – report

Fabri joins Fulham FC from Besiktas for €6m

The Black Eagles have accepted Fulham’s offer for their goalkeeper.

Besiktas and Fulham have struck a deal for Fabri. The English club will pay €6 million for the Spaniard’s transfer, according to reports from Turkey and England.

The 30-year-old is expected to travel to London to finalize the deal.

Speaking to ASpor TV, the experienced goalkeeper said it was his dream to play in the Premier League and does not want to miss the opportunity.

If the deal goes ahead, Besiktas will need to sign a goalkeeper themselves, as it would mean Tolga Zengin would be the only ‘keeper left in the first-team squad.

A potential replacement could be Bursaspor’s Harun Tekin, who has been linked with a €3 million move to Galatasaray and Besiktas in recent weeks. Another name that has been associated with the Black Eagles is Colombian star David Ospina, who is currently tied to Arsenal.
