Galatasaray’s goalkeeper has cooled rumours linking him with a potential move away this summer.

Fernando Muslera has made clear his intention to remain with the club despite the rumours in the press as of lately.

The Uruguayan international has been linked with a move to Italian giants AS Roma but the 32-year-old has put that rumour to bed.

“I plan on staying with Galatasaray until the end. Galatasaray is everything to me. I have no intentions of leaving. Only if they don’t want me and tell me to leave, then I will leave,” he said.

He has earned 102 caps for Uruguay since making his international debut in 2009.

Since arriving from Lazio in 2011, Fernando has won 4 Super Lig titles, 4 Turkish Super Cups and 3 Turkish Cups.
