Selcuk Inan: If Onyekuru adapts, he’ll do well

Cim Bom’s veteran midfielder gave his assessment of the Nigerian forward ahead of their Super Cup clash.

Galatasaray’s Selcuk Inan spoke to members of the press during the press conference held in Konya, ahead of their Super Cup clash with Akhisarspor.

The experienced midfielder gave his thoughts on the upcoming duel and the club’s new signing Onyekuru.

“We were champions last year. We have a good team and friendship. The transfer request of our fans is natural. There will be players out on the field who are used to playing with each other and this is an advantage during the final.”

“Henry Onyekuru is an important player. He can be even better, he has the potential. He is talented. Our coach has watched him and tracked him for a while. If he can adapt quickly, I think he will do great things here.”
