Malatyaspor loan Guilherme from Benevento

The Brazilian right-winger has joined the Super Lig club on a year-long loan.

Malatyaspor have announced the the signing of Guilherme Costa Marques from Italian club Benevento today.

The 27-year-old has joined the Turkish club on a one-year loan.

The official press conference was held in a hotel in Malatya, alongside the club’s president Adil Gevrek.

Gevrek explained the transfer took over a month as they negotiated with the player and his club.

He went on to say that he believes Guilherme will make a good contribution to the team and expects the Brazilian to do well in the Super Lig.

Benevento were relegated from Italy’s top flight, Serie A, last season and will play in the Serie B next season.
