Iranian goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand linked with Besiktas

Iranian star goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand could play in the Turkish Super Lig next season.

Besiktas continue to look for a replacement for Fabri after the Spaniard left for England last month. Iranian national team goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand has been reported to have been made a transfer target by the Black Eagles.

According to reports in Iran, the player is pushing for a move outside of his native homeland, and has already missed his club’s, Persepolis, two previous games in their domestic league.

The 25-year-old had an impressive performance during Iran’s participation in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

He is one of Persepolis’ stars and made 39 appearances last season.
